Accessibility Statement

Last updated: April 2025

Rise & Bloom is committed to making this website as accessible as possible for everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, which is the standard expected under the Equality Act 2010.

What we have done

  • Keyboard navigation is fully supported throughout the site
  • All interactive elements have visible focus indicators
  • All images have descriptive alternative text
  • Form inputs have associated labels
  • A skip-to-main-content link is provided for keyboard users
  • Colour contrast meets or exceeds WCAG AA ratios for text on backgrounds
  • Touch targets are a minimum of 44 × 44px
  • The site respects operating system preferences for reduced motion
  • A dyslexia-friendly font option is available via the experience settings
  • Dark mode is supported

Known limitations

  • The hero video does not currently include captions or an audio description. We are working to address this.
  • Some images on the site are stock photography pending replacement with real photographs — descriptive alt text has been added in the interim.
