Returns Policy

We want you to feel completely comfortable with your purchase. This policy sets out your rights and the process for returning the Rise & Bloom journal.
Your right to cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive the journal, without giving any reason.
This right applies to all purchases made at a distance (online, phone, or by post).
How to cancel
- Email us at legal@domandigital.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name, order number, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
- We will confirm receipt of your cancellation request and provide return instructions within 2 business days.
- Return the journal to us unused, in its original condition, within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Condition of returns
The journal must be returned in a resaleable condition — unused and undamaged. You are responsible for the journal while it is in your care. We reserve the right to make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty or not as described, return postage costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned journal and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are made to the original payment method used at checkout.
We will refund the full price you paid for the journal. We will also refund standard outward delivery charges. We are not required to refund any premium delivery charges you chose to pay.
Faulty or damaged items
If your journal arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund or free replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please contact us at legal@domandigital.co.uk with photos of the issue within 30 days of delivery. We will cover all return postage costs in this case.
