1. The product

The Rise & Bloom journal is a physical, print-on-demand paperback (174 pages, 6 × 9 inch, colour interior, perfect bound). It is printed and fulfilled by Lulu Direct, an independent third-party service.

The journal is a self-guided wellness product. It is not a medical device, a mental health service, or a substitute for professional therapy, counselling, or clinical care. See the disclaimer on the journal page for more detail.

2. Pricing and payment

The journal is priced at £32. Prices are shown inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed by Lulu Direct using their secure checkout. We do not store or process your payment card details.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Delivery

Orders are printed and dispatched by Lulu Direct, typically within 3–5 business days of ordering. UK delivery then takes a further 2–5 business days. International orders are available at an additional postage cost shown at checkout.

Delivery timescales are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by Lulu Direct, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control.

4. Your right to cancel

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason. To cancel, contact us at legal@domandigital.co.uk with your order number.

5. Product quality

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the journal must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If it arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at legal@domandigital.co.uk with photos and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the journal — including text, design, prompts, and layout — is the intellectual property of Rise & Bloom and Doman Digital. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any part of it without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

The Rise & Bloom journal is a self-guided tool. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from your use of it, including any distress arising from engaging with the content. If you are in crisis, please seek professional support.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
